Absolutely incredible team of people! They are not there to just get you in and out. Walking in feels like you’re part of the family. They care about how you’re actually feeling, and do everything they can to ensure your pain levels decrease. They’re very thorough with the exercise regime, and they happily answer any questions you may have. Could not recommend them enough!! You will not regret going to see them. Whether it’s after a car accident, needing chiropractic adjustment, or PT, you can’t go wrong with this incredible team of people. 10/10 every time!

All staff were very friendly, professional, and make you feel welcome. The facility is beautiful and inviting. The shockwave treatment I received was very helpful and beneficial for chronic back pain I’ve had for over 20 years mostly due to my scoliosis. There were times following treatment I had very minimal to no back pain which is something I hadn’t experienced in years.I highly recommend this clinic and the shockwave treatment for both acute and chronic issues.

Such a great experience working with Vanessa, Bianca and Connie with shockwave therapy and laser. Big improvements with my tennis elbow and I will continue to use them when I have flare ups. Friendly office and caring hands!

Milly and Heather at the front desk are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They always make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Vanessa Wilczak is amazing. She's very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. As a visual learner, I especially appreciated the digital imaging she uses, it really helped me see and understand what was going on. She has an excellent bedside manner and genuinely cares about her patients' long-term health and well-being, creating a treatment plan that's thoughtful and personalized. I highly recommend this office, 10/10. Thank you for such a great experience!

I saw Dr. Trescot, this visit. She was awesome as usual, took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. Her responses are thorough and evidence based. The staff was also very nice. I highly recommend this practice.

Welcoming!! Had a great consultation about what my body needed to do to improve in function, strength, and mobility. I even received helpful info as I continue my weight loss journey. I felt immediately comfortable from my phone conversations as well. Physical therapy has been challenging, but so great because it's what I need to recover. Thank you so much Elite Care. Every single member of the staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and deeply committed to caring for the individual patient. I appreciated Dr. Vanessa’s straightforward approach and detailed information about the best options to treat my knee pain ahead of my upcoming marathon. Unlike other practices I’ve visited, I never felt pressured to buy into an expensive, multi-visit package or that the clinic was just trying to sell me a cookie-cutter solution.

The staff are so welcoming, friendly and nice (front desk, PT’s, and doctor's), and they give you their undivided attention! I walked in limping along with a hurt shoulder, and within just a few days my leg was better. Now onto the shoulder and each visit it feels better. Highly recommend East Coast Elite Care - they have been wonderful to and for me.

Dr. Vanessa Wilczack comes across as very professional and cares about her patients. Highly recommend her.

Life saving team !

Dr. Vanessa is amazing!! She has treated my knee with Shock Wave therapy for three sessions so far. The improvement has been phenomenal! I play a lot of tennis and strained my patella tendons along with calf and quad tendons. I had pain, lots of flexion and could not run. I would say I'm about 80% better and look forward to a few more treatments before my tournament next weekend. In addition to Dr.V making me feel like I'm her only patient, the staff is extremely friendly and professional!!!

Dr Vanessa gets outcomes. I went to East Coast for electric shockwave therapy and got results on a stubborn, treatment resistant Achilles injury. Most doctors I see are myopic, do one thing and pass you on to the next. East Coast has a variety of treatments and a caring staff who put outcomes first. Refreshing...

Everyone was amazing! I feel so much better and have much much more range of motion after my visit!! Dr.Vanessa was also fantastic! Gave me an adjustment and recommended Shockwave therapy and I am glad she did because it helped loosen up my back so much!

I cried happy tears at my first treatment. I stood up off the table and what a mind blowing difference. I have lived with knee pain for so long I had forgotten how it felt to stand without pain. After a few days, my hopes of being pain free I believe it is achievable. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you!!!
