Engaging and caring staff. An excellent experience from start to finish. Once you walk in you are greeted most pleasantly, then guided through therapy with the utmost concern and care. When your therapy session is completed you actually look forward to your next appointment,as you leave with the feeling that it was truly their pleasure to have provided you with a great experience. Love this place!

Please come her if you need massage Therapy. The whole team was amazing. It is very comfortable and calming environment to be in and recoup from your injuries where the are old or new ones. I cannot express how helpful this amazing business is! Tried out their Shockwave therapy and I will forever sing its praises. It was immediate relief! The staff is so very kind and knowledgeable the second you walk in the door! Ms Connie was the best person with such a gentle touch for the Shockwave. She was so sweet and welcoming! & my technician Lindsey was very personable and caring. She took her time throughout my PT and made sure I understood what were being done. This place is incredible! Made me feel like I was apart of the family as a new patient. They took the time to sit with me and ask about my concerns and condition after my car accident. Heather, Millie and Connie were so helpful and amazing. I usually get anxious when going into a new doctors office but they were so quick to make me feel At ease and peaceful during the whole duration of the visit. This place is amazing. From the time you open the door to come in until the time you open the door and leave. I absolutely love love the staff. The receptionist ladies are by far incredible. I secretly call one of them My Penelope. I love her energy 😊. Ms Connie is oh my gosh! Love her smile and positivity. The therapist in the back are All fun to the madness I endure during my work out. So friendly and doesn’t mind me asking tons of questions. Not one day I have come here and encountered one them having a bad day. I have been to other places for therapy and thus far this is the #1 place in Jacksonville where I found not one negative thing. Highly recommend East Coast I jury clinic . P.s. The FREE massage chair gets me right. 🤣
Omg!!! Where to even start….my experience from day one has been by far the best one yet.from coming in after a bad car accident and receiving all the care and help needed from Heather and the rest of the staff,to working with my crazy work schedule for my afternoon therapy, they even send reminders messages for those with a lot of visits. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Best one in Jax :)

Everyone here from day one has been incredible. Every other part of my accident has been painful, stressful and exhausting but when I come here I know I’m in good hands. They even helped me get with an attorney. I’d like to personally thank Heather, Millie, Connie, Lindsey, Chelsea, Bianca, Craig and Dr Whalen for all your personalized care. I don’t feel like another number when I come in. Working in this field and especially in a high demand office, that’s hard to accomplish sometimes but I don’t feel like that here. Thank you East Coast Injury Clinic for taking some of the stress and pain away from this not ideal situation! I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for physical therapy the past month and it’s truly been amazing!! anna has been my physical therapist and she’s amazing. the energy is always amazing with all of the physical therapists and the front desk is always so welcoming and helpful. shoutout to heather and millie, they’re the best! 10/10 recommend coming here

It’s once of those doctor offices where you know that patient care is most important. They will make sure you receive the best possible care from day one. Can’t say enough great things!
If you want to find a great chiropractic and medical office, this is the place! Drs. Adam and Vanessa took great care of my problems and answered all my questions and concerns. Their treatment style is also gentle and effective! Their colleague, Dr. Decerce was also helpful and knowledgeable that it gave me great confidence with continued care here. Their high tech core machine that I tried and prescribed in my care plan really did a number on my core and abs but I felt great afterwards! Their office also looks amazing and nothing like some of the old, dilapidated offices I've been to and their staff is so friendly and kind. Great quality and service!
Can't say enough about East coast Neuro and the help i received there after my injury in Afghanistan. The office manager and the staff there were very hands on and friendly and did more than i think they should have just to make my trips there comfortable. Dr. Decerce, I have a lot of respect for him, and his abilities because he really brought me through a tough period in my life. He diagnosed me and always kept his treatment inline with what he thought would help me the most even though the Insurance company was breathing down his neck he never backed down to them! Absolutely love this place!!! They deliver excellent customer service and were able to resolve my lower back pain. I lost 2 inches on my waste all while strengthening my back muscles with the Allcore 360. It was a bonus that Dr. Wilczak is hilarious!!
Great treatment clinic! Jennifer and Sharifa are some of the warmest, caring human beings ever. The doctors are outstanding. You know exactly why they're in the medical field. My neck was hurting me so much before I started getting treatment and the allcore 360 machine is great! Tricare doesn't cover chiro or medical doctors for an accident but everything went through my car insurance. I highly recommend this place.

If you have an appointment, very little wait. Do your paperwork and fill out all the information online. Print the necessary forms. It will save you from waiting 30 mins in the waiting area. Slow to send paperwork to insurance/employer. Like pulling teeth out of a tiger. Repeated calls. And on Fridays, no one answers the calls. Nurse practitioner is in a hurry. Seems to minimize your complaints 👎

Everyone here is absolutely lovely! From front desk, Jan, Sierra and all the ladies that greet us and schedule us are so sweet and helpful. The manual therapist, Elena, is absolutely amazing and has helped me with all my problems. Doctor Vanessa and Doctor Adam are very knowledgeable, professional and very good hearted people who care about their patients. It's always such a great feeling to come into a doctor's office and feel very cared for and loved. Thank you East coast injury clinic for making your patients feel like they are at home!!!
Every time I visited East Coast Injury Clinic, I was greeted by friendly faces who genuinely cared about my health and well-being. After being involved in an accident, they not only handled all of my immediate care needs, they made all of the appropriate referrals and answered many vital questions. Their equipment and offices are state-of-the-art, and their practitioners saw to my every need during therapy. They happily worked with me to reschedule many times when arrangements didn’t work out! Drs. Adam and Vanessa, as well as their incredible staff, went above and beyond every step of the way to deliver consistent, quality, thorough care... could not give them any greater commendations! Needless to say, I’m happy to feel a lot better, but I am sad I will miss these smiling faces! Thanks so much for everything.
Vanessa was incredibly helpful and kind. She explained how things were going to work. All of the ladies have been extremely kind and friendly which is a lovey change from some of my other experiences. They make the effort to insure you are comfortable and taken care of. Definitely would choose them again.
I was in a car accident 2 years. Dr. Alan was amazing! He took his time to explain exactly what was going on with me. He did everything he could to lessen my pain. He listened to my problems and laid out a plan of action. He never pushed me passed my limits. His staff was so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend him and the clinic to anyone in need of care.
I fell in love with entire staffs. Especially my Two favorite massage therapist Ms.GIGI and Alaina who took extra care of me. Their warm hugs and smiles welcome me to the family. I honestly am so glad that we were recommended to come here. I know for a fact that I wouldn't feel as comfortable going anywhere else. They value everyone who walks through their door. The young ladies in the front have the best customer service I have ever seen and they are easy to talk with and keep in constant communication with you even when you are not inside the clinic. Then when you go to the back the rest of the team wraps you in the best hospitality that I have ever experienced. The whole team cares so much about every patient that I feel like I am being treated and taken care of by family. I would not go anywhere else at all ever.
My car was hit by a drunk driver, and I was referred to East Coast Injury Clinic for physical therapy. I've had multiple appointments now, and can honestly say my positive first impression was not a fluke. I knew after my initial intake appointment with the Dr. that I was in good hands, and my plan of care would be approached with long term recovery/treatment in mind. Also: I have over 30+ years of dealing with the public. A good indicator of a healthy workplace is how staff treat each other (not just their customers) = if staff are good to each other, it's a good sign they will be good to their patients/customers. I've witnessed a very friendly rapport among the team (ex: their newest employee was treated kindly and patiently as she is being trained re: the office workflow/processes.) Employees don't just acknowledge patients as they enter; they greet them warmly with a smile (which I can still "see" even with their masks on!). And most of all, I have to give the staff a shout-out for their communication skills. Thank you Desirae, for setting up my initial appointment (I appreciate the initial email with the thorough directions to the clinic *and* your request that I confirm/let you know whether or not I received your email). Thanks to all the staff for explaining point-to-point each step of my treatment process (ex: as I go from physician to electrical stimulation to massage therapy). As someone in the healthcare industry (who is now on the receiving end of the business), I value a company that ensures their patients are informed, active participants in their treatment plan. This is my second time needing to seek treatment for an auto related accident. Mind you I am 21. Now with that, I am ignorant on a lot of the specifics. However, the first impression with Vanessa blew me away with how much she wanted to help. I could see immediately a staff who genuinely cares for the well being of their friends who come in. I say friends because coming in they have never made me feel like a patient. Joseph, Bianca, Gigi, and misty have all done amazing, so that just tells you no matter who is working you are in good hands. Bree and Mia at the front desk never fail to make me and my girlfriend feel welcome. From the warm welcome, to the heartfelt goodbyes. Everything that follows in the middle will leave you with confidence in the staff here at East coast injury clinic.
I will admit I was not happy about this appointment to begin with and beyond nervous. The staff from the start of the appointment to the end were amazing. Vanessa Wilczak you rock!! Thank you for making my tears turn into boisterous laughing. If I ever need needles stuck into my arms or shocking electrical currents lighting up my life I will definitely be back to see you. Seriously this office is on top of their game from scheduling to the time you leave your appointment. Thank you is not enough to let you guys know how great this appointment turned out to be.

I can't say how much I love Dr. Adam Whalen, his wife, and the entire staff ( Ms. GiGi is my 💓) me and my daughter went here for care and it was exceptional they modified things as needed. MyCare at the facility was exceptional from start to finish. staff went above and beyond in order to make sure that we were happy and received care in all areas and gave referrals when needed I would recommend them to anyone. their and there is no better care in the state of Florida.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner was patient and listened to everything my husband needed to tell her and didn’t rush out.

This establishment was the biggest blessing I have had during this covid-19 pandemic. They worked with me rather than against me. I've never had such a flexible and understanding team of people before let alone taking such good care of my health and genuinely care about my development and healing process. My son and I had a car accident last week. We were seen yesterday by Mrs. Vanessa and she was amazing helping us to create a plan for rehabilitation, get X-rays and PT. Immediately, I received the most amazing EMS treatment and a therapeutic massage from Ms. Cheryl! Her hands are heavenly & healing! Areas that were affected & unknown to me were soothed. We started our treatment today and the PT initial session with Luis was phenomenal! The front desk staff are passionate and energetic! This is the BEST medical service I have ever received! Awesome facility, but equally as important this place is full of amazing human beings!! I called to schedule an appointment - little did I know I’d be seen and treated that SAME DAY!! Dr. Vanessa is helpful and informative, she did my intake and ordered treatment. Guys!!!! She asked thoughtful questions, listened attentively without ever rushing me, was extremely supportive and understanding, and never made me feel anything but affirmed in wanting to feel better! That vibe permeates the whole facility! No one gives you that “hurry up so you can get out because only severe injuries are important” feeling that can sometimes be the case with ERs and Urgent Care faculties who do not specialize in injury like this clinic. They automatically knew what I should expect after my accident, what the insurance company would need, who to talk to, ideas to address coverage to minimize out of pocket expenses, and they have created relationships with other local interdisciplinary professionals if you need suggestions for services that the clinic doesn’t provide. Ms. Connie is an organized and highly capable clinic manager (not sure if that’s her actual title) so she makes everything sooo easy and comfortable, Todd never know she’s keeping a million pieces flowing impeccably! Bianca, GiGi and Jeff are each INCREDIBLE practitioners in what they do! They each have a different style of touch so I highly recommend you try each if you get a chance. See whose style is the best fit for you, they really do everything they can to accommodate your needs, preferences and comfort! It is rare to be handled with this level of professionalism, care, and human compassion these days. I would bring anyone I love to this place for injury treatment!

I was in a accident and had some ankle pain. East Coast Injury Clinic was fast and efficient when I was getting diagnosed. The people that work there are very personable and nice. I did physical therapy for three weeks and the movements we did really helped me recover. I couldn’t have done it without them.

I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel better! Bianca is hands down the BEST manual therapist and Bradley was often my PT and is very knowledgeable.
Absolutely love love love this place. I’ve done treatment here twice now after two car accidents within a year. Dr.V and her team are so sweet, super caring and will absolutely help you with whatever. Bianca is the most sweetest person I’ve ever met in my life, I enjoy all the conversations I get to have with her doing our Manual sessions.
I can't say enough great things about this place. My back went out in February and it was not healing so my husband mentioned finding a chiropractor to see if they could help. East Coast was part of my insurance and with such positive reviews decided to give it a chance. Glad I did as the entire experience was wonderful. I am so grateful to Dr. Vanessa Wilczak for her help in getting my back to feeling 100%. She is very knowledgeable and took time to understand my situation each time I came in to make sure progress was being made. It took 5 weeks with some PT thrown in. The entire staff is awesome and caring. I'll definitely be back.
The sessions are excellent, with a highly skilled and friendly staff. The physical exercise staff, massage, and chiropractic sessions are all great. When I first arrived, I had limited mobility, but thanks to their effective treatments, I already feel a significant improvement in my healing process. I am extremely grateful to each and every one of you.

This is my second accident of going through east coast injury clinic. They have been nothing but amazing the entire time! Heather is amazing and easy to work with on scheduling appointments! Lindsey, Byron, and Bradley make the physical therapy so enjoyable, they are fun to talk to and help explain things so you understand what you’re doing. Bianca is always a blessing to get for manual therapy! She’s educational which I love to know about the muscles and also she does such a good job at paying attention to the little things! She’s constantly learning new things and implementing them and it helps so much! The team here is amazing and having the one stop shop to help me get over my accident has been amazing!
I cannot thank them enough! In September have a rear-end collusion. Started having pain in neck, shoulder lower back, they work diligently to provide me with the care I needed to get better still a work in progress. Will be getting there, I wish I was able to single out one person there but everyone from the receptionists the physical therapists guys and girls and the manual team they work wonders on my body always willing to teach me stretches and other point I should consider in order to get better. Vanessa I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me you have a blessing of working with this wonderful team I will definitely have you guys in my mind if I know anyone that have suffer an accident to come here for treatment.
Dr. Vanessa and her staff are absolutely amazing. Every treatment plan is individualize for the patients needs. I would recommend East Coast Clinic a million times over for anyone with chronic pain not only for the results but the staff.

Just absolutely an amazing team of medical professionals. I unfortunately have been in many accidents however this is the quickest and best I have felt after an accident. The progress I have made has stuck with me as well. And I have been taught and prepared for when I am discharged from my treatment to continue to feel well. Beyond being professional, they CARED for me and about me and it showed EVERY time I walked through their door. They are the blueprint that ALL medical professionals should strive to achieve. I’ve been coming here since March and every single person I’ve worked with in the office has been great. I’m feeling so much better and am going to be a little sad once I’m cleared and don’t have to come back. Definitely give them a try if you’ve been injured.
By far the best facility if you were in a car accident. This place takes cares of all your needs from the reception to the physicians that assist you with each exercise and stretch. You’ll definitely recovers 10/10 recommend

They are pleasant from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. I was out a double knee braces in three months and walking fine again no surgery needed!!! I highly recommend this place it’s more than just Chiropractor‘s!!!

Simply Great, and and uplifting part of what has been a painful experience. I have been receiving physical therapy for an hip injury from a motorcycle accident. The service and care has been phenomenal! Office staff is friendly and efficient. I have received everything I needed to know about getting and paying for care. check in is quick and efficient. The cost with self pay has been reasonably affordable, and much lower then from major medical centers. The care that I have received has been exceptional, regardless of price just the best PT. The therapists do an excellent job teaching me the exercises and reviewing form. They have been good about pushing me to do better, while be conscientious of the challenge of those exercises All this has been delivered in friendly and up lifting atmosphere. I hope no one should need these services, but if they do I shall direct them here.

ECIC has taken me from injured, weak and in pain to fully functional, strong and without pain. I can’t say enough about the staff there. Everyone is professional, capable, caring and knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else for PT (and I’ve been to a few- both big and small, in town). ECIC is the best.
